Our goal at Health and Inspiration Ministries is to help you achieve your healthiest life possible. To do this we provide guidance through inspiration and truthful information. We have derived our philosophies and opinions from extensive research, as well as the principles of our Faith and our experiences in living through them. Our decision to pursue the Truth challenges some of the opinions and positions of many established organizations. As a result, our ministry may, at this point in time, lack the support of the more common distribution channels. Although we realize our approach may cause much controversy, we have decided to take such a position for one, simple reason: the truth matters.
